A dedicated responsible specialist visits your property on a regular basis to check the overall condition of the villa, including the house, garden, and key systems.

When needed, we arrange and coordinate the right professionals — gardeners, electricians, plumbers, air conditioning specialists, pool technicians, or builders.

All work is organised and supervised by us.
